This is the recording of the focus group we conducted in order to find out what people looked for in adverts and what catches their attention. There was a variety of answers the focus group gave us, such as, comical situations to make the audience laugh, the quality of the effects in the advert to help catch your eye, a catchy jingle so it sticks in peoples heads which will make them buy the product, soap opera stars in a soap powder advert to show that it might have some relation to soap and a good reputaion helps to keep the popularity ofn the soap powder.
